Dr Nicolaus will be travelling to the USA again in October where he will attend the annual ILADS conference in Boston, MA and also visit a number of doctors and clinics who have requested support with some training and educational workshops. We will be posting exact dates for this trip in due course.
University of Munich
Dr. Nicolaus recently spoke at The FOM University Munich, to deliver a guest lecture. This was to present the latest data and research on tick-borne diseases in a changing global climate, which included available diagnostics and treatment for patients.
Various locations
This USA visit will comprise of visiting clinics and meeting various doctors and practitioners in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire and the surrounding areas. The focus will be on educating and training more doctors and practitioners on how to recognise and understand the symptoms of tick-borne diseases and how to combine this with using the most relevant lab diagnostics to determine the best treatment plan for patient care. Dr Nicolaus will be presenting at various educational workshops, lunch and learn sessions, as well as evening events throughout this trip.
Various locations
Dr Nicolaus will be spending time in Germany where he is involved in a project to improve lab diagnostics and where he will be holding patient consultations.
